Job summary

Gun Lake Casino, Inc. is seeking a VIP Representative to cultivate relationships with un-hosted and emerging VIP guests, driving incremental gaming and non-gaming revenue while enhancing their visit experience.

You will identify high-potential players for future host assignment and manage a 100–200 player portfolio, supporting on-site and off-site VIP events and ensuring accurate loading of offers and comps.

Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age or older.
Experience in telemarketing, sales, or guest service preferred.
Ability to obtain and maintain Gun Lake Tribal Gaming Commission license.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional guest service by handling inbound and outbound calls, answering questions, resolving issues, and fulfilling guest requests.
Execute outbound call campaigns to drive guest return visits and promote property offers.
Build and maintain relationships with un-hosted and emerging VIP guests while managing a portfolio of approximately 100–200 players.
Identify high-potential guests and assist in transitioning qualified players to Casino Hosts.
Support VIP on and off property events through guest check-in, attendance tracking, and on-site service.
Accurately load offers, comps, and promotions onto guest accounts in accordance with company guidelines.
