Job summary

Signature Aviation seeks a Guest Experience Specialist in Memphis to greet guests and crew with warmth, escort them to the appropriate areas, and coordinate services with the team. You will manage guest inquiries, assist with credit and fuel transactions, and offer reservation, transport, and catering arrangements to deliver a memorable experience.

The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, and work in both indoor and outdoor environments near aircraft and ground equipment.

Qualifications

• Hospitality-focused guest service experience.
• Clear, effective English communication in person and written.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and crew warmly and escort to entrances or aircraft.
• Collaborate with team to ensure services are handled promptly and courteously.
• Process guest purchases and fuel transactions following procedures.
• Provide concierge services such as reservations, ground transport, and catering.
• Handle inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently while maintaining safety.
