Job summary

Rising Star Casino in Indiana is seeking a Marketing & Player Development professional to build relationships with VIP guests and coordinate guest services. You will telemarket for events, prepare written communications, and manage lounge access and comps using the SYNKROS system.

Responsibilities include coordinating with casino Hosts and departments to meet guest needs, greeting guests, and supporting marketing events.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to obtain Indiana Gaming Commission License - Level 2.
Prior customer service or casino experience preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Flexible schedule to cover events and shifts.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with players assigned.
Telemarketing of guests for events and surveys.
Provide written communications for player development activities.
Verify guest access status to Diamond Lounge or other areas.
Greets and provides personal attention to guests, especially Diamond Lounge users.
Utilize SYNKROS for guest service, comps, and account updates.
Coordinate with Casino Hosts and other departments to service VIP guests.
Communicate unusual needs to Casino Hosts and ensure service standards.
Handle phone inquiries and guest requests promptly.
Support marketing promotions and events as assigned.
