Job summary

The Breakers Palm Beach is seeking a Retail Manager - Mix & Match to oversee daily operations of our luxury retail outlets in Florida. You will lead and develop a high-performing team, drive guest-centric service, and ensure brand standards are upheld while maximizing sales and profitability.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, managing merchandising, inventory, and store operations, and ensuring compliance with safety and company policies. Weekend/holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher; strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Experience in retail management or supervisory role preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest service orientation required.
• Ability to drive sales and manage merchandising standards.
