Job summary

The Ambassador Host assists Executive Hosts in generating incremental gaming revenue by delivering excellent customer service to VIP casino guests. The Ambassador Host collaborates with all Player Development team members to increase rated play and maintain the VIP Services Desk.

Responsibilities include providing optimal guest service to Gold Card holders, supporting promotions and casino staff, communicating program benefits, and guiding guests through The CLUB rewards, reservations, and

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing, or equivalent work experience.
One year of prior customer service experience, preferably in a casino setting.
Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency.

Responsibilities

Provide optimal guest service to all players with a main focus on Gold Card holders via personalized customer service.
Occasionally serve as back-up to Executive Hosts or Casino Host.
Assist Promotions and other casino personnel to ensure the success of slot, table, and VIP promotions.
Assist in calculating guest play and worth to comply with their needs.
Communicate with premium/rated players about available services, promotions, and events.
