Job summary

The Museum of the Bible is seeking a VIP Services Coordinator to support daily operations of the VIP Services department, including suites and VIP tours. You will coordinate guest experiences, manage reservations, and ensure timely hospitality services for distinguished guests and donors.

Reporting to the VIP Services Manager, you will work with cross‑functional teams to maintain records, prepare reports, and deliver high‑quality, discreet guest experiences in a fast-paced environment at two

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, communications, tourism, or related field.
• Two or more years of experience in hospitality, guest services, administrative coordination, hotel operations, or related field.
• Experience using CRM systems, reservation platforms, databases, or other administrative systems.
• Experience working with confidential information or supporting senior-level stakeholders is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate VIP visits, guest itineraries, and hospitality arrangements.
• Manage reservations, communications, and guest services for VIP visitors.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and other systems.
• Support cross-functional teams to ensure discreet, high-quality experiences.
