This role focuses on VIPs, special occasions, and personalized stays, collaborating across hotel teams to ensure seamless moments that feel effortless and memorable for every guest.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury, lifestyle, or full-service hotel environment is highly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; professional, clear, and confident.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Resourceful problem-solver with a positive, solutions-oriented approach.
• Strong sense of discretion and professionalism when assisting VIPs and handling sensitive guest information.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, personalized arrival and departure experience while supporting Front Desk operations.
• Anticipate guest needs and craft thoughtful moments throughout the stay.
• Review VIP reports, special occasions, and guest preferences to tailor experiences.
• Coordinate customized amenities and welcome touches for VIPs and special stays.
• Curate personalized recommendations based on guest interests and reason for travel.
• Follow through on guest requests from start to finish with clear communication.
