Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences Nashville is seeking a Guest Experience Coordinator to act as the central point of contact for guests. You will ensure seamless communication, personalize service, and craft memorable experiences throughout the guest journey.

Join our Rooms Division to support Front Desk, Concierge, Guest Services, and In-Room Dining, while maintaining confidentiality and delivering consistent, high-quality guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with hotel systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest calls, emails, and chats with warmth and efficiency.
• Coordinate guest requests and liaise with hotel departments.
• Manage guest interactions via Messenger, HotSOS, Email, and Teams.
• Assist with pre-arrival planning and post-departure communications.
• Provide information on services, local attractions, and transportation.
• Monitor arrivals, VIPs, groups, and special occasions for personalized service.
• Review room assignments to support smooth arrivals.
