Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury, lifestyle, or full-service hotel environment highly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Resourceful problem-solver with a positive, solutions-oriented approach.
• Strong sense of discretion and professionalism when assisting VIPs and handling sensitive guest information.
• Warm, approachable and service-minded demeanor in guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, personalized arrival and departure experience while supporting Front Desk operations and guest needs.
• Anticipate guest needs and create thoughtful, unexpected moments throughout the journey.
• Review daily arrivals, VIP reports, special occasions, and guest preferences to ensure key details are executed.
• Coordinate customized amenities, welcome experiences, and touches for VIPs, celebrations, and key guests.
• Curate personalized recommendations based on guest interests and reason for travel.
• Follow through on guest requests from start to finish with clear communication and flawless execution.

The Guest Experience Coordinator plays an essential role in creating thoughtful, personalized experiences throughout every stage of the guest journey.

Serving as both a welcoming presence and a behind-the-scenes experience curator, this role anticipates guest needs, coordinates meaningful details, and ensures each interaction reflects the warmth, character, and spirit of the hotel. With a particular focus on VIPs, special occasions, and personalized stays, the Guest Experience Coordinator partners across the hotel to create seamless moments that feel effortless, genuine, and memorable.

Requested Tasks

• Create a warm, personalized arrival and departure experience while supporting seamless Front Desk operations, including guest communication, room assignments, billing inquiries, and other needs throughout the stay


• Anticipate guest needs and look for opportunities to create thoughtful, unexpected moments throughout the guest journey


• Review daily arrivals, VIP reports, special occasions, and guest preferences to ensure important details are identified and thoughtfully executed


• Coordinate customized amenities, welcome experiences, and special touches for VIPs, celebrations, and other key guests


• Curate personalized recommendations based on each guest’s interests, preferences, and reason for travel


• Follow through on guest requests from beginning to completion, ensuring details are communicated and executed seamlessly

Requested Capabilities
