Pier Sixty-Six Resort is seeking a VIP Guest Recognition Specialist to provide personalized, high-end service to VIP guests in Fort Lauderdale. You will manage arrival, stay, and departure experiences, coordinate with concierge, housekeeping, and F&B teams, and deliver bespoke amenities and itineraries.

The role requires exceptional communication, a polished professional demeanor, and a strong ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion, including room setups and exclusive requests.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Previous experience in a guest-facing role within a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with discretion and professionalism.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP guests, ensuring arrival, stay, and departure exceed expectations.
• Anticipate and fulfill VIP preferences and special requests, including room setup, dining arrangements, and exclusive amenities.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to coordinate seamless VIP services and requests.
• Create and deliver unique experiences tailored to each VIP guest; provide personalized welcome amenities and bespoke itineraries.
• Solicit and address guest feedback to achieve complete guest satisfaction.
