Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years in events, sales, or hospitality.
• Experience in luxury private clubs or hotels preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple events with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Produce and execute private and club member events.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and event orders.
• Manage RSVPs, floor plans, and post-event reports.
• Coordinate logistics with vendors and internal teams.
• Maintain calendars and handle club billing.
• Represent the Club at events with professionalism.
