Cache Creek Casino Resort is seeking a friendly guest services professional to welcome guests, escort to rooms, assist with luggage, and orient guests to amenities. You will anticipate needs, maintain security for luggage, and support smooth check-in and room changes with attentive, tasteful service.

Maintain grooming standards and adhere to scripts to guide guest interactions. This role requires excellent communication and teamwork in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Welcoming casino resort guests in a warm, professional and friendly manner.
• Explain facilities, services, amenities and surrounding areas to guests.
• Anticipate guest needs and assist; explain room features and provide ice on check-in.
• Maintain room security during room changes and storage of luggage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver upscale customer service to VIP guests and all guests.
