Cache Creek Casino Resort is seeking a friendly guest services agent to welcome visitors and manage hotel check-ins and check-outs. You will register guests, assign rooms, and handle payments while delivering an exceptional experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include assisting VIP guests, arranging transportation or activities, and maintaining accurate folios and guest information. This role requires strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedures.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

Responsibilities

Welcome casino guests in a warm, professional manner and handle hotel reservations.
Register guests, assign rooms, collect payment and settle guest accounts.
