Job summary

Crystal Creek Hospitality is seeking a Bellperson/Valet to assist guests with luggage, escort them to rooms, and manage valet parking. You will be a key part of a welcoming, hospitable environment and help guests enjoy a seamless stay.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, guiding luggage, arranging transportation, and providing information on local attractions and hotel services. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in hotel or hospitality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent communication.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with luggage upon arrival.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain hotel amenities.
• Coordinate transportation needs and valet parking.
• Park guest vehicles according to hotel policy.
• Deliver guest vehicles to the loading area and secure keys.
• Escort guests to rooms and highlight features.
• Fulfill requests for amenities and address inquiries.
• Provide information on local attractions and hotel policies.
• Support front desk with check-in/check-out as needed.
• Maintain lobby and public areas in a welcoming state.
• Ensure safety and security of guests and belongings.
