Cache Creek Casino Resort is seeking an attentive front-of-house professional to warmly welcome guests and escort them to rooms, handling luggage and explaining resort facilities. You will maintain security during changes, assist with room moves, and ensure seamless guest experiences with a professional, sophisticated demeanor.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, tagging luggage, coordinating with security, and delivering exceptional service to all patrons while upholding grooming

Formación

• One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome casino resort guests in a warm, professional and friendly manner.
• Escort guests to their room and deliver luggage; orient guests to facilities and amenities.
• Maintain room security during room changes and assist with guest questions and needs.
• Assist guests with room changes, luggage handling, and storage; log and tag items accurately.
• Explain accommodations and amenities to guests; communicate available services and facilities.
