Job summary

Little Creek Casino Resort is seeking a Hotel Bell Attendant to provide exceptional guest service, assist guests with luggage, arrivals and departures, and transport belongings across the property. You will maintain a welcoming experience, follow safety standards, and ensure confidentiality in a busy resort environment.

The role requires a clean driving record and the ability to safely transport VIP guests between Shelton and Seattle, with flexibility for waiting periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three months related experience and/or training.
• OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure and assist with luggage and mobility needs.
• Safely receive, transport, and deliver guest luggage to designated rooms or vehicle pickup points.
• Maintain accurate tracking of luggage tags and ensure belongings are securely handled.
• Monitor bell storage and luggage areas to prevent loss or damage.
• Notify supervisor of suspicious or unsafe guest belongings and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Park guest vehicles as needed and cover breaks for casino valet when required.
• Adhere to confidentiality, safety, and privacy standards, upholding hotel policies.
