MGM Resorts International is hiring a Part-time Clerk Deposit Groups at Luxor in Las Vegas. You will support VIP reservations, groups, and wholesale bookings, ensuring accurate records and smooth guest experiences across bookings and communications with Hosts, Sales, and meeting planners.

Responsibilities include processing reservations, managing inquiries, and coordinating with Convention and Leisure Sales to optimize group blocks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes casino play and establishes comp profiles for guest reservations.
• Processes all reservations and requests from guests, hosts, executives, Sales Department, and branch offices.
• Assists casino hosts and executives with reservations and information requests.
• Receives inbound calls in response to mailings and invitations and books Slot Tournament reservations and Direct Marketing Packages.
• Liaises between reservations and meeting planners or wholesale companies regarding group questions.
• Communicates with Convention Sales and Service Managers about room blocks for meetings, including remaining rooms and blocks.
• Coordinates with Leisure Sales on wholesale room blocks for tour operators.
• Monitors cutoff dates to protect convention group rates and blocks.
• Reviews convention booking recaps for accuracy in the system.

By delivering exceptional service and maintaining accurate reservation records, you play a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience. **THE STARTING RATE:** $23.08 per hour **THE DAY-TO-DAY:*** Analyzes casino play and establishes comp profiles for guest reservations.* Processes all reservations and requests from guests, hosts, executives, Sales Department, and branch offices.* Assists casino hosts and executives with reservations, requests for information, etc.* Receives in-bound calls in response to various mailings and invitations.
