Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Deskside Support professional for an onsite contract in NY/SFO. You will provide front-office and VIP desk-side support, coordinate with IT teams, and manage incidents with ITIL/SLA discipline.

Qualifications

3 years of desktop support experience with strong Windows and AD skills.
4–8 years in IT Desktop or Trade Floor Support in financial services.
Experience supporting portfolio managers, traders and research teams.
Exposure to market-sensitive, time-critical environments.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site desktop support for front-office users including portfolio managers, traders and research analysts.
Deliver desk-side support during market hours with minimal disruption to trades.
Handle time-critical incidents in high-pressure, revenue-impacting situations.
Coordinate with cross-functional IT teams for priority issue resolution.
Support back-office users and onboarding of new joiners.
Provide VIP/white-glove support to senior stakeholders.
Manage incidents via ServiceNow or Jira with strict SLA adherence.
Log tickets accurately and align prioritization to investment impact.
Support VDI/Citrix and secure endpoints for remote access.
Assist investment applications and market data tools (OMS/EMS, M365).
