Job summary

You’ll be empowered to grow your expertise in equities, margin, and options trading, with a focus on empathy and problem-solving. On-site onboarding is mixed with remote shifts, and a strong emphasis on learning and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Active FINRA Series 7 and 63 Licenses required.
• Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptable to CX delivery through phone and written channels.
• Able to defuse customer anxiety with strong service skills.
• Self-starter who learns quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Independent thought and judgment with multi-task prioritization.
• Schedule flexibility including evenings and weekends as needed.
