Flex is building the AI-native private bank for business owners and is hiring a customer support professional to act as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth members. You will handle complex fintech scenarios, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and maintain premium service standards.

This role offers remote work within the United States with nights and weekend shifts and exposure to payments, credit, and banking operations at scale.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• 2+ years in fintech or financial services customer support.
• Availability to work nights and weekends (local or US hours).
• Experience with Zendesk or Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

Responsabilités

• Handle complex customer issues across banking, credit, and payments via email, chat, and phone with precision and clarity.
• Guide VIP and high-revenue accounts through multi-step processes with excellent service.
• Coordinate with engineering, underwriting, risk, and compliance to resolve multi-stakeholder issues.
• File detailed bug reports and test new features in staging environments.
• Create and update documentation to close process gaps.
• Qualify high-value sales leads and route to account executives.
