Legends Global is seeking a VIP Experience Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and execution of premium hospitality experiences for the Miami Hurricanes. You will engage Hurricane Club members, Golden Canes Society members, premium seating clients, corporate partners, and VIP stakeholders, delivering memorable experiences that strengthen donor engagement and help revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sport Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1–2 years in event management, hospitality, collegiate athletics, or related field; internships may be considered.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and athletic events as needed.
• Experience in collegiate athletics, professional sports, premium hospitality, or donor relations.
• Experience coordinating large-scale events or exclusive guest experiences.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems, CRM, or event management software.
• Ability to interact professionally with high-profile donors, corporate executives, and university leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of VIP experiences across Miami Hurricanes Athletics.
• Coordinate pregame sideline access, on-field experiences, private tours, open practices, meet-and-greets.
• Manage guest lists, credentials, itineraries, transportation, hospitality, and event-day check-in.
• Assist with VIP events, donor receptions, member appreciation events, and travel experiences.
• Coordinate with internal departments, stadium operations, catering partners, and vendors.
• Support planning and execution of VIP networking events and corporate hospitality experiences.
• Assist with event budgets, vendor coordination, staffing plans, and post-event evaluations.
