Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a versatile VIP Experience Coordinator for the University of Miami venue in Coral Gables. You will plan and execute premium hospitality programs, donor events, and exclusive opportunities for Hurricanes Athletics, aligning with premium clients and VIP stakeholders.

The role requires strong organization, customer service excellence, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver elevated guest experiences while supporting revenue-generating initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in event management, hospitality, collegiate athletics, or related field; internships considered.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute VIP experiences, donor events, and premium hospitality programs across Miami Hurricanes Athletics.
• Coordinate pregame sideline access, on-field experiences, private tours, meet-and-greets and other premium opportunities.
• Manage guest lists, credentials, itineraries, transportation, hospitality arrangements, and event-day check-in.
