Job summary

Underdog is seeking a VIP Host to scale our high-touch VIP program. You will ensure each client feels seen and cared for, supporting onboarding, communications, retention, and promo execution as the client base grows.

This hands-on role works closely with the VIP Senior Manager in a remote-first environment with in-person gatherings. 1+ year in VIP/hospitality, exceptional communication, and discretion are essential, plus a base salary with equity.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in client-facing, hospitality, concierge, VIP services, or account management
• Strong relationship-building with high-value clients
• Detail-oriented and organized, you don't let a gift, a follow-up, or a deadline slip through the cracks
• A sharp, personal communicator, comfortable writing and speaking with high-value clients
• Discretion and sound judgment around sensitive client and RG information
• Able to juggle multiple clients and workstreams at once without losing the personal touch
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, or event travel

Responsibilities

• Onboard new VIP clients with a smooth, high-touch first experience
• Execute VIP communications, outreach, and campaign follow-through
• Assist with retention and promo strategy execution for VIPs
• Coordinate gifting and VIP entertainment logistics
• Support responsible gaming (RG) monitoring and outreach for VIPs
• Partner with the VIP Senior Manager on day-to-day VIP operations and issue flagging
