Job summary

Loew’s Jersey Theatre is seeking a VIP/Hospitality Manager to lead VIP and hospitality operations for its high-volume venue. You will partner with the General Manager and venue leadership to ensure seamless event-day execution and exceptional guest experiences across multiple departments.

The role requires strong operational leadership, customer service excellence in live events, and the ability to manage complex schedules while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of venue experience in major theatre or live event venues.
• Experience coordinating with multiple departments and large event staff.
• Strong operational planning and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day oversight of VIP and hospitality operations for performances and events.
• Coordinate advance and event-day operational planning with hospitality stakeholders.
• Develop and implement a VIP program within the venue.
• Ensure VIP/hospitality areas are clean, safe, and prepared for events.
• Serve as primary operational liaison with key third-party partners.
• Collaborate with security, production, ticketing, programming and event management teams.
• Maintain high standards for guest experience, safety, and operational excellence.
• Monitor and improve procedures, staffing models, and service delivery.
• Address guest issues in real time while maintaining a welcoming environment.
• Build relationships with vendors, contractors, and community partners.
