Job summary

HBSE is seeking a Guest Services team member for Loew’s Jersey Theatre in Jersey City. You will deliver world-class service to guests, assist with event operations, and maintain safety and order across lobby, seating areas, and entrances.

The role emphasizes guest interaction, problem solving, and teamwork in a dynamic live venue setting. Responsibilities include greeting guests, checking tickets, ushering, monitoring crowd flow, and supporting event staff.

Qualifications

• Prefer demonstrated experience with customer service and problem-solving.
• Must be over the age of 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greeters: greet guests, direct them to locations and support crowd flow.
• Ticket Taker: scan tickets at entry and prevent invalid tickets.
• Usher: maintain assigned seating sections and monitor crowd behavior.
• Access Control: verify tickets/credentials and manage entry areas.
• Giveaway Staff: distribute programs and promotional items during ingress/egress.
• Fill In Staff/Breakers: fill in positions as needed and assist teammates.
