Job summary

Loew’s Jersey Theatre in Jersey City seeks Guest Service Team members to deliver world-class service at every event. You will greet guests, scan tickets, direct crowds, and maintain safety and venue policies throughout performances.

Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays with standing 4–6 hours; the role requires 18+ and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Join a landmark venue known for its historic character and dynamic live entertainment.

Qualifications

• Prefer demonstrated experience with customer service and problem-solving
• Must be over the age of 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greeters - greet guests, direct them to locations and manage crowd flow
• Ticket Taker - scan tickets and prevent invalid entries
• Usher - monitor assigned seating sections and enforce ticket usage
• Access Control - control entry to restricted areas and manage wristbands/stamps
• Giveaway Staff - distribute programs and promotional items
• Fill In Staff/Breakers - cover multiple roles as needed during events
