Loew’s Jersey Theatre in Jersey City seeks a Guest Services Supervisor to lead the front-line team, ensure world-class guest service, and support event operations. You will supervise greeters, ticket takers, ushers, and access control staff, coaching on performance, safety, and policy adherence.

The role requires coordinating coverage for 4–6 hour shifts, handling escalated concerns, and maintaining a welcoming environment across lobby and seating areas during live events.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years supervisory experience preferred in live events, hospitality, or customer service setting.
• Demonstrated experience with customer service, team leadership, and problem-solving.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to lead by example in fast-paced environment.
• Must be over 18 years old; bilingual a plus, especially Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and brief Guest Services team before/after events; assign posts to staff.
• Monitor performance and guest interaction; coach and correct when needed.
• Coordinate staff coverage to ensure full post coverage during events.
• Handle escalated guest concerns using de-escalation techniques.
• Oversee access control, wristbanding, ticket validation, and ADA support as needed.
• Provide exceptional guest support and maintain theatre policies and safety.
