Procore Technologies in Austin, TX is seeking an IT Support, Executive Services to deliver white-glove, high-touch tech support to our C-suite and executives on the End User Services team, ensuring zero-downtime hardware refreshes and proactive service delivery.

You will build trusted relationships with executive assistants, resolve complex device and AV issues (Zoom Rooms, Neat), manage executive hardware assets, and drive Tier 1-3 ticket resolution with fast SLA compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Desktop Support / Service Desk supporting executive leadership.
• Experience troubleshooting executive conference room systems and AV (Zoom Rooms, Neat).
• Expertise across macOS, Windows, and mobile devices (iOS/Android).
• Hands-on with SaaS, Identity, and ticketing platforms (Okta/SSO, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, O365, Jira Service Management).
• Knowledge of MDM tools (Jamf and Intune).

Responsabilités

• Build trusted relationships with EAs to plan around executive travel and meetings.
• Deliver white-glove technical support to C-levels and VIP visitors in Austin.
• Manage executive hardware assets, VIP spare inventories, and hardware refreshes.
• Drive high-volume Tier 1-3 ticket resolution with fast SLA times.
• Provide end-to-end event tech for executive meetings, town halls, and board meetings.
• Collaborate with Digital Employee Experience to troubleshoot endpoint issues.
