Job summary
Rockland Trust in Massachusetts is seeking an Executive IT Support Analyst to provide premium, discreet IT service to senior executives, Board members, and Executive Assistants. This highly visible role requires proactive, organized professionals who ensure a seamless technology experience.
Responsibilities include high-touch executive support, AV/meeting room management, and strong relationship management with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of IT support experience, including direct support for senior leadership, executives, or VIP users.
- Strong technical knowledge of Windows 11 and Dell computers, and mobile device management.
- Hands-on experience supporting integrated AV systems and conferencing technologies.
Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated, high-touch IT support for executives and Executive Assistants, onsite and remote.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively prevent issues, ensuring a seamless tech experience.
- Support endpoints, including laptops, mobile devices, and collaboration tools; coordinate AV setups.
- Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and liaise with IT teams for service delivery.
