Job summary
Rockland Trust is seeking an Executive IT Support Analyst to provide premium, white-glove technical support to senior executives, Board members, and Executive Assistants. This highly visible role requires discretion, strong organization, and proactive problem solving to ensure a seamless technology experience.
You will manage endpoints, onsite and remote support, AV/meeting room systems, and collaborate with IT to deliver trusted service.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of IT support experience, including VIP or executive support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Dell computers.
- Experience with mobile device management (iOS and Android).
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, Outlook).
- Experience supporting AV systems and conferencing technologies.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-touch IT support for executives and Executive Assistants.
- Onsite and remote technical assistance, discreet and professional.
- Anticipate executive technology needs and proactively prevent issues.
- Support a wide range of endpoints, including laptops, mobile devices, and collaboration tools.
- Manage executive conference rooms and AV environments.
- Ensure meeting spaces are fully operational with Teams and Zoom.
- Coordinate AV setup for executive presentations and events.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and broader IT teams.
