Job summary

MANTECH International Corporation seeks a motivated Enterprise IT Support Officer to join our team in McLean, VA. You will deliver concierge-level IT support to VIP and Executive staff, ensuring confidentiality and responsiveness, while operating across diverse sites.

Responsibilities include installing and testing cabling, deploying IT endpoints, and managing incidents with ITIL processes. The role requires exceptional customer service, travel between sites, and flexibility with shift hours.

Qualifications

• Experience providing technical support in a structured service desk environment.
• Hands-on experience deploying, certifying, and labeling network drops and IT endpoints.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, TCP/IP, Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and IT support tools.

Responsibilities

• Install, terminate, and test CAT5/CAT6 and fiber cabling and related infrastructure hardware.
• Deliver end-to-end incident response and remote triage using ITIL processes.
• Deploy and rebuild desktop IT endpoints including VOIP phones, AV components, and switches.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, AD, Windows Office, and browser performance issues.
• Interpret floor plans, wiring schematics, and network diagrams to guide installation work.
• Provide clear user communications about procedures, downtime, and outages.
• Travel locally between customer sites for support assignments.
• Work an 8-hour shift from 6 AM to 7 PM with flexibility.
