Job summary

TJFACT is seeking an Executive VIP Support Specialist to join our OCC team in Washington, DC! You will deliver on-site and remote IT customer support to high-profile executives, coordinating VIP calendars, and serving as the single point of contact for fast resolution.

The role requires 5–8 years of End User Service experience within a federal government environment, strict adherence to incident management, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Experience providing End User Service (EUS) IT Customer Support in a federal government environment.
• Respond to VIP requests quickly and manage communications efficiently.
• Handle ticket workflows with ITCS HQ queue and ServiceNow processes.
• Capable of on-site and remote support, including audio-visual services.

Responsibilities

• VIP calendar management and coordination with Comptroller’s front office staff.
• Direct non-VIP requests to appropriate support channels (Service Desk).
• Morning and afternoon check-ins with front office admins.
• Monitor VIP meeting calendars and provide prep support 15–30 minutes prior.
• Provide direct line of contact and personalized service for VIPs.
• Deliver on-site and remote VIP IT support meeting expectations.
• Ensure timely escalation handling and incident resolution per process.
• Communicate with other IT departments as the single point of contact.
• Provide audio-visual support for meetings, town halls, and conferences.
