Job summary

TJFACT seeks an Executive VIP Support Specialist to join our OCC team in Washington, DC. The specialist will provide End User Service IT support to VIP customers, with on-site and remote capabilities and a direct line of contact for quick response.

Collaboration with the Comptroller’s front office and HQ ITCS is essential. The role requires coordinating calendars, delivering timely service, and maintaining VIP incident management across events and meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering executive VIP IT support.
• Ability to manage VIP calendars and direct point of contact.
• Respond to IT requests within 15 minutes during business hours.
• Support after hours, weekends, and holidays per policy.

Responsibilities

• Manage Executive VIP IT support for OCC front office staff.
• Provide end-user IT support on-site to VIP customers.
• Coordinate calendar and schedule management for VIPs.
• Provide on-site and remote IT support to VIP customers.
• Deliver personalized VIP service with direct line contact.
• Ensure issues are resolved promptly and escalations handled efficiently.
• Interact with other IT departments as the single point of contact for VIPs.
• Provide audio-visual support for meetings, townhalls, and conferences.
• Maintain mobile devices on during scheduled support days.
