iT1, a national technology solution provider, seeks a skilled Desktop Support Technician II to join our client-facing team in Columbus. You will deliver responsive, professional IT support, including executive and VIP assistance, and ensure smooth operation of conference rooms and events.

The role requires hands-on hardware troubleshooting, Windows expertise, and strong customer service. You’ll work onsite at a client location and partner with business leaders to maintain productivity and robust

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of desktop or end-user support experience.
• Experience with Windows-based environments and enterprise apps.
• Hands-on hardware troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, printers).
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, professional desktop and end-user support.
• Own incidents and requests from start to finish; update tickets.
• Deliver white-glove support to executives and VIP users.
• Set up and troubleshoot conference rooms and AV for events.
• Maintain documentation and assist with device imaging and setup.
