Worldwide TechServices LLC is seeking an IT support professional to deliver end-user technical help in a business environment. You will troubleshoot and repair PCs, laptops, tablets, and printers, and provide desk-side support to users on site.

You will respond to change requests, perform IMAC activities, and communicate ETA and status to end users and service desk. Equal emphasis on customer service, professionalism, and adherence to documented policies and procedures.

Competenze

• Experience providing end-user PC support in a business setting.
• Familiar with IMAC/Change requests and desk-side support.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow documented policies and procedures.
• Proactive communication with users and service desk.
