Waltzing Matilda Aviation LLC in Dallas Love Field seeks a CRJ200 Captain to lead the flight deck under Part 135 VIP operations. As PIC, you ensure safe, professional operations and exemplary hospitality for high-net-worth guests.

The role requires a CRJ200 type-rated captain with recent experience, a strong safety record, and the ability to thrive in a luxury service environment. Expect a flexible schedule and a base within 1.5 hours of Dallas.

Qualifications

• CRJ200 type rating with PIC privileges.
• 5,500 hours total time; 2,500 PIC hours.
• Recent CRJ200 operations within 24 months.
• FAA ATP certificate and medical.
• FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Permit.
• US work authorization and passport.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as PIC with final authority per 14 CFR Parts 91/135.
• Conduct preflight planning including weather, NOTAMs, fuel, weight & balance.
• Complete risk assessments (FRAT) for each trip.
• Lead crew with CRM and TEM; participate in SMS and safety reporting.
• Ensure guest service standards and discretion on every flight.
• Mentor first officers and complete required training and line checks.
