Job summary

Waltzing Matilda Aviation LLC is seeking a Flight Attendant for their Part 135 luxury resort operations based at Dallas Love Field. The role involves ensuring safety, security, and exceptional guest service for VIP charter flights aboard a CRJ200 in a luxury cabin.

Qualifications include 2 years of flight attendant experience, Part 135 training/qualification, CPR/First Aid/AED, and a valid US passport. The position includes a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits with a flexible 12–20

Qualifications

• 2 years of flight attendant experience in Part 91, 135, or 121 operations.
• Ability to complete and maintain Part 135 training and qualification on the CRJ200.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certification (or ability to obtain before first flight).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid U.S. passport with unrestricted ability to travel internationally.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Background check clearance.
• Ability to pass DOT/FAA pre-employment drug test and participate in random testing.
• Excellent English communication skills and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety duties per 14 CFR Part 135 and company manuals.
• Conduct preflight cabin safety checks and ensure equipment readiness.
• Deliver clear safety briefings before departures.
• Maintain cabin, galley, and baggage security during taxi, takeoff, and landing.
• Respond to in-flight emergencies with crew coordination.
• Communicate with flight deck and participate in CRM and crew briefings.
• Comply with security, hazardous materials, and food safety requirements.
• Support Safety Management System reporting and compliance.
• Meet Part 135 flight attendant duty and rest requirements.
• Greet guests and deliver personalized in-flight service.
• Coordinate catering, dietary needs, and guest preferences.
• Provide discreet service from light snacks to full meals.
• Remember guest preferences for future trips.
• Coordinate with customer concierge and ground transportation.
• Handle luggage and special items with care.
• Maintain discretion regarding guests and travel.
