Job summary

ADTRAV Travel Management is seeking Travel Consultants to manage all aspects of travel for clients, including booking complex international itineraries using Sabre, hotel rooms, car rentals, and trains. You will handle inquiries via calls and emails, provide quotes for international trips, and ensure adherence to company policies.

A high school diploma and 2+ years of travel booking experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience booking domestic and international travel; complex international a plus.
• Highly knowledgeable of city, airline, hotel, and car rental codes.

Responsibilities

• Converse with clients via multiple channels to determine travel details.
• Book and issue domestic and complex international airline itineraries, hotels, cars, and trains using a GDS system.
• Provide travel expertise and quotes for international travel; follow company policies and workflows.
• Deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively with travelers and colleagues.
• Work remotely and meet home-office requirements; attend training and maintain knowledge of industry.
