Job summary

American Express Global Business Travel is seeking a VIP Travel Consultant to manage travel for our exclusive corporate clients, including executives and high-profile names. You’ll leverage native GDS expertise (Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus) to book complex itineraries and ensure adherence to travel policies.

In this role you’ll provide proactive service, analyze options, upsell additional services, and collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional travel experiences while upholding the highest

Qualifications

Demonstrated native GDS expertise and 3+ years corporate travel experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication; attention to detail.
Act with integrity and protect traveler information.
Resolve issues quickly, independently or with supplier, and collaborate with the team.

Responsibilities

Advise and arrange travel for corporate customers (US)
Conduct analysis of travel options and upsell services
Book domestic and international travel across air, rail, and hotel
Ensure compliance with travel policies and regulatory requirements
Collaborate within the team to coach and improve service levels
