Job summary

JLL's Experience Management team seeks a Conference Services Concierge to serve as the primary contact for associates, executives, and visitors at Mutual of Omaha's headquarters in Omaha, Nebraska. You will deliver VIP hospitality by managing conference logistics, coordinating meeting spaces, and ensuring exceptional guest interactions across touchpoints.

On-site presence is required; you will collaborate with building management and property services to support a thriving workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of high-touch hospitality experience in luxury settings or VIP services.
• 1–2 years of meeting and event support experience.
• Prior experience in luxury front-of-house guest service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with diverse personalities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work scheduled hours with dependability.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, associates, and executives with warm, professional service.
• Coordinate conference and meeting support including room bookings, catering, and tech setup.
• Anticipate guest needs by staying informed on events, offerings, and local options.
• Manage reservations, visitor registration, badge distribution, and package handling.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism.
• Regularly check conference spaces for cleanliness and equipment functionality.
• Coordinate with building management and maintenance to report issues and support safety.
• Maintain concierge area with stocked literature and updated signage.
