Qualifications

• 1–2 years of high-touch hospitality experience in luxury hotels or upscale environments.
• 1–2 years of meeting and event support services experience.
• Front-of-house guest service experience in luxury settings.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Proficiency in Outlook and Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, executives, and associates with professional service.
• Coordinate conference and meeting support, bookings, catering, and tech setup.
• Anticipate guest needs by knowing events, offerings, and local dining.
• Manage reservations, visitor registration, badges, and package handling.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person with follow-up.
• Inspect conference spaces for cleanliness and functioning tech.
• Coordinate with building management to report issues and support safety.
• Keep concierge area stocked, signs updated, and welcoming.
