Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Conference Services Concierge at Mutual of Omaha's headquarters in Omaha, Nebraska. You will deliver VIP hospitality by coordinating conference spaces, catering, and tech setup, ensuring every guest interaction meets high standards.

On-site Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, you will greet guests, manage registrations and badges, and collaborate with building management to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of high-touch hospitality experience in luxury environments.
• 1–2 years of meeting and event support services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office applications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, executives, and visitors with professional service.
• Coordinate conference and meeting support, including room bookings and catering.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive solutions.
• Manage badges, registrations, and package handling with accuracy.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Inspect spaces for cleanliness, tech functionality, and setup.
• Coordinate with building management for safety and maintenance.
• Maintain welcoming concierge area and materials.
• On-site presence required.
