You will handle scheduling, follow‑ups and check‑ins, and serve as a liaison for concierge guests, accompanying patients through their journey and networking with our physician partners.

Healthcare front office experience is required, with EMR knowledge, excellent communication and customer service skills,

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of patient coordination and concierge experience.
• Experience with medical terminology is required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling, follow-ups and check-ins with patients.
• Serve as liaison for concierge guests and VIP members.
• Accompany patients through their journey and onboard new members.
• Network with physician partners and maintain brand integrity.
