Tao Group Hospitality seeks a Concierge to deliver the highest level of service for guests via telephone and email, developing rich relationships and comprehensive itineraries that span Tao Group brands.

You will manage reservations, maintain guest profiles in CRM and venue systems, and coordinate with Marketing, Security, and Sales to ensure seamless experiences. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service and multi-line telephone experience preferred.
• Proficient in Windows Office; familiarity with POS systems and Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of service via telephone and email.
• Build guest relationships with itineraries across Tao Group brands.
• Input reservations and guest information accurately in CRM and venue systems.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and maintain confidentiality.
• Upsell and coordinate with multiple departments to satisfy guest requests.
