Tao Group Hospitality is seeking a Concierge to deliver exceptional service to guests in a fast-paced hospitality environment in Las Vegas. You will handle inquiries by phone and email, craft personalized itineraries across Tao Group venues, and maintain guest profiles to enhance future visits.

The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, accurate reservations, and strong communication while upholding privacy and brand standards. A team-oriented, image-conscious approach is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Minimum of 1+ years of customer service and multi-line telephone experience.
• Proficient in Windows Microsoft Office and POS systems; Oracle knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of service to guests via telephone and email.
• Build guest relationships with complete itineraries spanning Tao Group brands.
• Respond to email inquiries within 30 minutes and forward to appropriate departments.
• Input events and reservations accurately in Venue Driver/Open Table with guest details.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of sensitive guest information.
