Job summary

Rio Las Vegas is seeking a VIP Guest Services Representative to deliver exceptional personalized service for high-level casino guests from arrival to departure. You will know facilities, events, and local attractions, engaging with guests professionally while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, coordinating reservations, handling check-ins/outs, and providing concierge services. Strong English skills required; a second language is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to converse professionally and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in English; a second language is beneficial.
• Must be able to stand for the full shift (approx. 8 hours).

Responsibilities

• Check-in Rio Rewards guests and greet VIPs.
• Provide concierge services and assist with reservations.
• Input same-day room reservations and coordinate with casino personnel.
• Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries.
• Arrange transportation and maintain logs.
• Manage guest information and secure folio accuracy.
• Settle accounts at check-out according to comp criteria.
• Maintain cleanliness of Registration area.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
