Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a VIP Host for our Diamond Lounge and Total Rewards program to deliver world-class service to internal and external guests. The role emphasizes personalized attention, courtesy, and professionalism in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You will coordinate with Casino Hosts and vendors, anticipate VIP needs, and maintain high standards while promoting Total Rewards benefits. Strong problem solving and multitasking are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Two years’ customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks with strong time management.
• Must be flexible to work nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Regular attendance in conformance with the standards and policies.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound guest calls and Host on Duty calls.
• Make hotel, restaurant, transportation and event reservations.
• Coordinate VIP guest requests with Casino Hosts and outside vendors.
• Utilize multiple computer systems to maximum effectiveness.
• Conduct daily activity reports and prepare reports for Promotions and Host teams.
• Identify new VIPs to the Casino Marketing team and build relationships.
