Job summary

Sherman Associates’ Duluth Marriott location seeks a Concierge Attendant (Club Lounge Attendant) for part-time morning and evening shifts at $16/hour. You’ll create memorable experiences by serving guests, sharing local tips, and maintaining a welcoming Club Lounge.

Previous hospitality experience and friendly service are valued. Bring a passion for hospitality, the ability to pass alcohol service training, and knowledge of food-handling guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel/hospitality experience preferred.
• Must pass required alcohol service training.
• Knowledge of Food Handler’s Illness guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate events or special projects in the Club Lounge.
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food.
• Check IDs to ensure guests are of legal drinking age.
• Clean and maintain the serving space.
• Ensure proper food handling techniques.
• Resolve guest issues and provide accurate hotel information.
• Stay informed about VIPs and hotel events.
• Stock self-service stations with supplies.
• Perform other duties as needed.
