Job summary

Lincoln Marriott Cornhusker Hotel is seeking an Evening Concierge Lounge Attendant (Part Time) to deliver exceptional guest experiences in the lounge area. You will welcome guests, provide local recommendations, and ensure service, safety, and cleanliness standards are met with a welcoming demeanor.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, plus the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally and maintain compliance with liquor and health regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Active certification in Food Handler and Responsible Beverage Service as required by Marcus Hotels & Resorts.
• Ability to address guest concerns with empathy and provide proactive solutions.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality experience preferred.
• Must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task and maintain professionalism at all times.
• Excellent conversation and etiquette skills, and strong reading/writing/speaking in English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor club lounge for seating, service, safety, cleanliness and guest well-being.
• Act as hotel ambassador, offering local area information and guest satisfaction options.
• Communicate clearly about hours, directions, and meeting rooms; assist with transportation details.
• Gather and share information about property and nearby amenities and events.
• Facilitate transactions, greet guests, and maintain stock of snacks and perishables with proper labeling.
• Adhere to liquor regulations and health standards; perform general cleaning as assigned.
