White Lodging is hiring a part-time concierge at Sheraton Erie, offering weekend availability and hourly pay. You will assist guests with reservations, hotel information, transportation, and special requests while delivering exceptional service.

You will develop knowledge of hotel services and the local area to provide thoughtful recommendations, resolve guest concerns, and maintain a welcoming lounge environment with a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Prior guest service experience is preferred.
• Ability to assist with reservations and local information.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 10 lb.

Location: Sheraton Erie

Summary:

We are seeking a part-time hourly team member with weekend availability for our club lounge. In this role, you willassist all guests with any special requests including reservations and hotel information while providing excellent guest service.

What You’ll Do

• The concierge will provide the highest quality of service to the guest, anticipating and exceeding their expectations.
• Assist guests with any special requests including reservations, hotel information, and arranging transportation.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of hotel services and surroundings, the local area, and nearby travel services. Accurately answer any guest questions and provide thoughtful recommendations.
• Help to resolve any guest complaints or concerns that come your way.
• Assist guests with food and beverage needs while in the concierge lounge and clean the lounge as needed.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships.
• Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
